Seaside Bistro and Bar in Daytona Beach

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The view is amazing, the rocking tables are pretty cool. Price is good for the food. Had the clam conch chowder which was pretty great. Basket of a side of fries was a nice size for $3. Didn't even know thus restaurant existed but I know ill definetly be back!

The food was wonderful, as were the views of the ocean. I sat out on their patio and had the sights and sounds of the ocean surf. I had a shrimp quesadilla and a "Build Your Own Burger" with all the fixings plus bacon. It was all for a taker reasonable price, to.The staff were very good, to. Edwin was available most anytime I needed something, but without being overbearing at all. That is a fine line to keep for waiters and waitresses. Been there, done that, so I know.You won't be sorry about you choice to eat here, ... at least from my experience.

Great place to sit and have a drink. Nice view to pool and the ocean too. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I can't say how the food is because we haven't eaten there yet, but heard it's good. Stop in and say hello to the bartender (Marla). She is very friendly, and informative.

The food ways outstanding. My wife had the Tofu of the day and I had a Veggie burger. First time customers and we are going back tomorrow.

Let's start with the positives: Wait staff was very nice and helpful. Secondly, the restaurant atmosphere and outdoor area is very clean and pretty, especially as it overlooks the ocean. Room for improvement: Breakfast on the other hand was just awful. I ordered the western skillet and it came complementary with enough oil to fry doughnuts. My wifes dish (egg omlet) had the taste of cigarettes. It's very unfortunate about the food. Not a single food item from the lunch or dinner menu mentions fresh local fish or local ingredients. The hotel is literally on the beach...how is there not a fresh fish option?

Steak salad was a 5⭐. The restaurant is clean, servers friendly and efficient. Indoor, covered outdoor seating beachside. The kitchen was a bit slow, but they were busy with room service orders apparently. The ambiance is happy, but the lighting from the recessed lamps was a bit too strong. Overall, a good restaurant to visit.

This is a restaurant inside the Holiday Inn and open to the public. They have a very affordable menu, and a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. There was also a DJ there on the Saturday I stopped in playing a variety of great music. The server was high energy and friendly. The food was good. The view was beautiful. I parked in the lot and let them know I didn't have a tag but just wanted to visit the restaurant. The server said not to worry about it, there was no problem as I left within an hour. Something to mention to server if you drive here from another place though.

Definitely not a seafood restaurant. Menu could be from any airline. Very basic menu. Very understaffed. The good part food was good and staff is friendly even if it one guy running bar dining room and patio deck just have to be very patient

We've had their breakfasts many diffident visits to Daytona, though we have never stayed at the hotel, and always enjoy it. You never have the long waits you get at all the other breakfast joints in the area and it seems cleaner and much better kept.

Service was great, Marla did great and we did appetizers for dinner which Chelsea cooked great! In the holiday inn it's perfect from the beach.

We had the best waiter and the food was delicious. Great atmosphere too. Will absolutely go there again.

Food was better than most places I've visited in Daytona. Had the grilled scallops platter. Didnt like their style of fries but the hush puppies were ok.

Maybe the best kept secret in Daytona. The Holiday Inn's restaurant has great food in a fantastic beach atmosphere. Sit on the patio overlooking the pool and beach, or inside in slick, glossy fresh environment. Food is GREAT and the service was quick.BTW - I see a few reviews here concerning the manager/bartender being unfriendly. I don't think that's the case. It seemed to me that he isn't there to charm people or make new friends. He IS there to serve you quickly and efficiently, which he certainly does well. And when I complimented him on the place and the food he he was clearly happy to hear it and was quite gracious.

Wrong time or wrong place to eat? Maybe both?
